My addiction brought me here again...this time you were early when I was waiting for Thursday. Lol. I will catch on. Lemmi just confess how I have been so disorganized since my last DM. I get so busy, crazy schedules. So this one time I don't know what got over me...I dozed off while working. I always have your channel in the background or some devotions. So I woke up at 1.30 am, so mad at myself. Can you imagine I started scrubbing and cleaning bathrooms at night. Am sure the neighbors must have thought a mad woman was awake...hehehe. Thanks for reminding me to clean no matter how much life overwhelms...hehe. Keep doing your thing girl, you have no idea how you challenge some of us.....lemmi go fold laundry, or maybe not.hehe

Due to a certain condition I avoid dairy but nut milk is not for me, I love me some cow milk once in a while. I am also a home workout person and over time I have invested in equipment. The towel workout looked familiar I just had to click the link to confirm it was Tiffany Rothe. You took me back to 2013 when I started working out using her videos, great memories. When you grow stronger you can try Fitness blender workouts. Great as usual, I really enjoy your content.
