Hi Sarah, I love everything about your cloffice, the colour, the storage... I love how you used a normal lamp and added that cloth for filming... I also needed a lamp and I bought this huge studio lamp and I don’t even like it hahahaha... until this day I am not happy about the lightening in my videos... I wish I had known this! Also, for your desk lamp, there are some that you can „click“ (don’t know how to say it in English) to the shelf, more or less like your tripod, and then you don’t have to sacrifice desk space 🤗🤗🤗... great video!!! I love all your TNs (5th time i mention it I think haha)

Thank you, Andrea!! I’m pleased with the way the cloffice turned out. I think I’m going to go with that exact light. Something that clamps to a shelf. And yes, I haven’t bought anything fancy for filming videos, just that phone clamp, but it was cheap😂. It doesn’t take much to film a quality video these days!

Love this! Have you thought about a sticky light strip to stick under the first shelf? It would light the entire desk for working on things and the regular bulb would still light the upper shelves!

Love your cloffice! You have created a really awesome space! Now it’s time to tell your husband that you love the desktop so much that you never want to cover it up. Great video work. You have a steady hand. An idea for showing your collection may be to use your phone clamp setup at your cloffice shelf and stand and pull each out, show, and put back right away. That way you don’t have to do a full removal and replacement. You can adjust the camera as you move along. I think it’s a beautiful space and would be a nice background for your gorgeous collection also. I hope you find lighting you love, but everything comes in time. So glad to see your awesome space and all of the great things you have done with it! 🧡

Thank you so much, Casey!! I was trying to do better on the filming than I do on facetime. My parents tell me I make them dizzy😂 That’s a great idea for the collection video! I’m glad the bulk of the work is done on my cloffice. I’ve gotten a lot of great ideas for lighting! I think I’m going to try multiple kids of lighting. You all are so helpful!

I love how your cloffice turned out. I can’t believe you’re not using the desk your husband made! He was very proud of himself. (I worked with him and he’d show me his projects.) Have you checked IKEA for lighting options? They may have some options you like.

I love your office setup!! I favorited your video so I can show my husband and give him ideas for my own "office space" I've been begging for! :-) For lighting, have you thought of Under Cabinet Lights? It looks like it might work, and it was the first thing I thought of when I saw your shelves above the desk. We use those in our kitchen to give the counters more light, and they work well.

Love seeing your space(s)! It’s so neat to see your washi on display - it helps show your options and looks beautiful and decorative at the same time. I’d like to echo Robyn and say that I’d also love to see an updated leather collection video someday. I could sit here and watch you pull every leather off of your shelf without getting bored 😂

I can see how that would be a huge undertaking!! I’m also not sure what kind of light you’re looking for, but I saw that Robyn suggested a ring clamp light and I use this on my desk and it works well for me: www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B0799L5RXF?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title The neck isn’t very long so you may need two depending on how bright you’d like it. 💡

You can buy battery operated lights that mount to whatever area you want to illuminate. That might be a solution? Check out Jordan e. Clark's video in her office she made a lovely desk from Ikea for 100$. It white but you could paint it the same color as your desk area?
