When putting together a French capsule wardrobe, the key is to focus on quality over quantity. Choose timeless and versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched to create a variety of outfits. Very cute outfits! I guess this is closer fall winter weather wise to my own ( Southern California) . More so than the UK for sure!

Not necessarily, I am currently sat in the sun and it’s 18 so not too bad. It does get colder here than southern California but I would say it’s more like Northern California so this time year can be interchangeable. I’ve family all up that coast. 😊

Hello! I have just discovered your channel and I really like it. I am parisian and i love watching videos about french style, it's quite interesting to see how we are perceived. One thing I really like about your outfits is that you choose flat shoes. Even though we also love and wear heels of course, I think most of parisians wear mostly flats because we walk a lot in Paris (probably like in any big city?). The one thing I don't agree with is the beret. Of course, the beret is a classic french item, but a bit too cliché. Most parisians don't wear it, and for those who do, we certainly don't have one to match every outfit. I myself only have a grey one, I wear in winter only, to keep my head warm and off the rain. Anyway, thank you for your inspiring channel!

Thank you for your comments and I agree with all of them! Totally agree regarding the berets too. I think in London we think the same thing when people presume it rains every day so they need plastic raincoats! Most of my audience are in the US. And this is more of a nod to Parisians rather than a modern day representation. It’s a classic style with French influences. Interestingly I do have a few different coloured berets haha! But I know what you mean in modern day Paris it is cliche and likely to make you stand out as a tourist. In addition, London is the same regarding flats! I guess I’m not good in heels so rarely feature them in my content.

Hi Lisa thank you for your comments. It is tricky regarding links as I have a huge US following and RU-vid gives you limited space to list them. A lot of these are UK shops like for example Selfridges and The Seemstress of Bloomsbury. I list them in USD again because my audience is predominantly US but if you click through you can definitely buy them in GDP. In regards to affordability, I’m sorry you find them too expensive, I do try and select a broad range.
