Try Himalayan salt. So much healthier than the supermarket sea salts.

I agree. Although Celtic Sea salt is also quite good. The problem I find with the pink salt is sometimes it doesn't come from the greatest sources. If it comes from a good source it is absolutely top-notch!

Try sous vide cooking your, burgers, steaks and roasts. It’s a game changer for us carnivores. We dry brine them as well.

I get them from one of the butchers that I deal with. Where are you located if you are local to me I can share the butcher

@@REAL-CARNIVORE In Australia it's always pasture fed. Don't ever eat grain fed cattle. Those are junk cows.

Sorry. The eggs and butter are not a part of the process. I was just mentioning to say that this meat plus a couple dozen eggs and a pound of butter would be my food for the week . I guess I should have specified that
