Here's how to get additional Back Buttons for DualSense With Rubber Grip and the Input lag test from eXtremeRate Rise Kit V2.0 and V4.0 in comparison to DualSense Edge and which is better to get if you only need back buttons, if you don't need L3 or R3, Soldering is NOT Needed.

Great content Would you recommend using a different sensitivity curve on the dualsense edge if i play on linear on call of duty? Or keep both curves on default?

Thanks, settings are really a personal choice, that's why I don't recommend them anymore, I use Dynamic in the game with default on the controller.

What kind of grips are you using on the back of your dualsense controllers? They almost look preinstalled, Im probably wrong though lol. I cant stand controllers without grips, want to give these a shot!

Hi, these grips come with the back buttons from eXtremeRate, they have 2 models one is without and the other with grips, for installing back buttons you'd change the back part too.

Talk about how they have the digital curve input for both sticks you can set them too, but they made it to where you you can’t set the minimum to zero. Why is nobody talking about that?

I have 2 Dualsense controllers with ExtremeRate's Rise4 remap kit, 4 back buttons on both. Unfortunately, the one I use for fps games has started developing stick drift, so I might consider getting an Edge. Wish Sony would allow other controllers for PS5 games than just Dualsense controllers.

Hi, keep in mind some people mentioned Edge stick replacement is unavailable to buy, it seems to be hard in some places. BTW, the normal DualSense Stick is also repairable and it would cost around $10 (in here at least) + $5 for the service to replace it.

I installed mine on my brand new dual sense and I’m impressed. The grips are a nice touch. I’ve owned scuff controllers in the past and they can’t touch the Overclocking speed and extreme rate upgrade of the dual sense. It’s cheaper and I recommend it.

Based on your new tests so edge is still the fastest when used with cable right? Or bluetooth is same?

Hi, USB is faster with Edge, about 1ms on average. 1ms might not be noticeable to 99% of the gamers though.

Bluetooth is faster on DualSense. USB is stable (only if you have lag with BT try USB)

It's really a personal choice, I use dynamic but if you feel better with linear, use that!

Been waiting on this, I have both.. just like what you said in your previous video the dual sense edge back button is not properly made mine is broken again I have to send it back to Sony this week.. 😢

Thanks for sharing your experience! yes, DS Edge Unfortunately, isn't the best premium material, they will probably fix it in a new controller, Maybe DualSense Pro or DualSense Edge Version 2. But it's good you can send it back for a replacement.

@@DanielZHThat's true but what happens after my 1-year warranty expires and this stupid thing breaks again? I'm hoping extremerate will come out with better parts than Sony so I can do the repairs myself.

ExtremeRate needs to make beefed up parts that we can swap out where the back button paddle connects to the board inside the dual sense edge.. This is the second controller I'm sending back to Sony for repairs.

That sounds interesting and I think they can do that! Currently, I talked to them about Clicky R1 and R2 for Edge, and it seems it's under development, maybe they are working on this one too, I'll ask about it!

It's 1000Hz regardless of output Hz.

@@reshzed4874 The input lag on PS5 is affected by many factors and polling rate is the last of them!

@@reshzed4874it affects in 2 ways mostly: Responsiveness Smoothness of action after everything from the console and games, it can affect up to 2ms higher delay, and less smoothness for camera, higher is better, but it's not the only factor on PS5, there are a lot more in every game based on priority.
