Sir, Thank you so much. It's a very very informative video as you said when we look at the youtube about backpain 95% are connected with lumbar. I was searching for the last one year and couldn't find any information about thoracic pain and their treatments. Hats off to you. I had pain for the last 10 years in my thoracic spine. Two years back I did my MRI and found a disc bulge in D7-D8. All the time I am in pain. Whether it is advisable to do the exercises which you put in the description box for mid and upper back?? Pls advise and request you to do more videos about thoracic pain related exercises and treatments
