12 Volt ka hoga to achha rahega. UPS ka battery 12 V ka hai to adapter 12 V hona chaiye, fir output me 230 V AC hi milega. Warna 10V or 16 V ka laptop adapter se vi Kam ban sakta ha. Fir output Voltage 230V se kam ya zada milega. Mai suggest karunga, ap 12 V ka adapter hi use kare.

Aap battery check kijiye. 3/4 saal se chal rha h to change karne ka time aagaya h.

IC এর Heat Sink গুলোতে ভালো করে thermal paste লাগিয়ে দেখুন। ওতেও না হলে একটু বড় সাইজের heat sink লাগান।

আগে এই সমস্যা ছিলোনা৷ হঠাৎ করেই এরকম সমস্যা৷ ১ বছরের মতো ব্যবহার করেছিলাম তারপর ৩-৪ বছর আর ব্যবহার করা হয়নি৷ এখন নতুন ব্যাটারি লাগিয়ে ব্যবহার করছি। শুধু চার্জ নেয়ার সময় গরম হয়, ব্যাকাপ দেয়ার সময় একটুও গরম হয়না

নতুন ব্যাটারির specification change করে দেননি তো? বেশি AH ক্যাপাসিটির লাগিয়েছেন কিনা দেখুন।

একটু বেশি লাগিয়েছি। 7.5 Ah এর যায়গায় 9 Ah. Ampier একটু বেশি হলেতো এমন হবার কথানা।

ওটার জন্যেই বোর্ড হিট হচ্ছে। ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স এলিমেন্টস গুলো খুব সেনসিটিভ হয়। যে রেটিং এর ব্যাটারি ছিল ওরকমই লাগান। এরকম করে ব্যবহার করতে থাকলে, হঠাৎ সার্জ এলে আপনার ব্যাটারি আর বোর্ড দুটোই যাবে।

Try to charge the UPS by raw power. Usually UPS cannot charge the battery of another equal capacity UPS.

@@PranabsLab Hey friend, thanks for your answer. Let me explain the situation more. I am using this system in my car where I live right now. So my power source is my 12 Volt battery in my car. The first UPS is an APC 600 unit that is hooked up to my Car battery with wires. The second UPS is a Cyber-Power 1500VA unit which has two batteries at 24 Volts. So I can not charge the second UPS from my car, but I should be able to charge it from my APC 600, by simply plugging it into the 120 Volt outlet, right? The problem is that the Cyber-Power UPS does not sense that I have plugged it into the APC 600. But when I plug it into the house outlet, everything works fine. I don't understand why this is happening. I have also tried to plug in a 3rd UPS and that does not sense either that it has been plugged in. But if I plug in my stereo or laptop, for example, it works fine. What could be the problem? Thanks!

The problem is that, your APC 600 is connected with 12V battery of your car and your Cyber Power is of 24V supply which is incompatible with the charging UPS. That's why your Cyber Power ups is not charging.

It's not only about Voltage but Current also responsible for charging. For your case I think current is insufficient.

Yes, battery can be repaired by replacing the lead and acid. But you can not do it yourself. It is very much risky. It is better that you can give it to the battery dealer and buy a new one by adjusting some amount. Or you can sell the old battery directly to the dealer.

Please check the output current in your 12 V adaptor. If it is too much higher than you are using, then you should not use this, otherwise you can use.

Ho sakta hai. Ap ekbar cable continuity test Kar lijiye. Agar cable Sahi ho, fir bhi output nhi aa rha ha, to apko circuit board check Karna padega.

Battery kiyon change karna hai, battery defect hai vi ya nhi, ye vi to batana hai na vai. Samjha kar bat ko

we need to first check o/p voltage of atleast 220AC by connecting 12v adapter instead of battery. This shows that circuit is working fine. Video is good and I appreciate his efforts in explaining everything.

he used a heavy duty 12v adapter which is enough for testing the circuit..should not use it for more than 1 minute.
