Exploring inside of the closed down Ventnor Amateur Boxing Club (former Methodist church).

Originally a Methodist church the building was erected in the late 19th Century and was used by the Ventnor Methodist Parish up until 2008 when the cost of maintaining the Victorian Structure became unmanageable for the parish.
The building was then taken over by the Ventnor Amateur Boxing Club who operated out of the building for a further 9 years before being forced to close in April 2017 as the building had become unsafe.
The building was put up for sale last year with the guide price of £70,000 and was sold in November (as far as I can tell).
The building is not actually listed so theoretically it could be pulled down if planning permission to do so were granted.
No damage was caused gaining entry to this building and it has since been secured.
