I'm sure someone owns it .. Looks like a small logging operation gone bankrupt , I see the trees around there are small like reprod .. There are a TON of them small operation gone bad here in Oregon .. Equipment everywhere !!
Yeah it was a small tree company went under in 08 I got a hold of them and bought the excavator and have it working still to this day. I actually shot the video a few years back just re-found my footage.
