Disconnecting the MAP sensor will allow the PCM to set a fixed value for the MAP sensor. If the rich condition goes away when running with the MAP sensor disconnected try another MAP sensor.
It’s crazy you didn’t actually show how to spray and what it sounds/looks like when you do and there is a leak. You basically said what everyone knows that’s thinking of doing this. People are so weird and lack communication skills
You know, it's just unbelievable how much these mechanics overcharge for this kind of repair when you're a woman. They told me it would be two hours to repair and that I would probably need a new radiator also. He quoted me a total of $766.93, the bulk of which was labor cost. The part itself was $60. I called my guy and thankfully, he advised against doing the repair. You both saved me hundreds of dollars, and I couldn't be more thankful. And if my guy wasn't gonna fix it, I'm very confident that I could do it myself after viewing this tutorial. You're performing a real public service, my friend.
Seriously buddy, if you are really trying to help someone, start by pulling your camera back a little so we can actually see what's going on.🤔 and slow it down a little.😊
I am not looking forward to changing out my fuel pump, GM is notorious about their tension bands blinding you cuz of all the dirt that builds up underneath them. My 2005 kia Sorento has skid plates along the whole bottom so removing that fuel tank was a breeze it was damn near spotless
I hope it's as easy as you made it look because I'm going to have to replace mine I guess because I lost all my power shortly after the battery light came on as well as other functions
