Who is the Urban Slicer?
The Urban Slicer is just a guy. A guy who relentlessly cooks indoors and out. A guy who has been on BBQ Pitmasters, is a trusted brand ambassador and a World Food Championship chef. A guy who has been tirelessly bustin’ his hump for years to create the best possible pizzas and wants everyone to be able to do the same. He’s just a guy who’s graduated from the International School of Pizza and is a certified Pizzaiolo from Italy, Sicily and America.
Ultimately, he’s just a family guy named Matt who has created these products so that you can crank out world-class pizzas no matter where you are.

I just bought the same pizza dough from Amazon last week, 4 bags. And a new pizza stone for the pellet grill. Didn’t know you had sauce. But can’t wait till I try it. That crust looks great

@@MattFrampton I didn’t have my notifications on,but I did order the Pizza sauce about four cans and more bags of the dough . I did try it on my pellet grill . It was great. Love that type of pizza dough. The pizza sauce, I might have put a little bit too much on but still came out great . Now I have enough for my family when they visit

Hey Matt. I’ve got the gmg Jim Bowie prime and the pizza attachment. Does your pizza attachment have a ring that sits over the fire box? I’ve found mine blocks the pellet feeding tube and blocks the auger. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Thanks

Hmmm - I’m trying to picture the issue, but can’t quite see it. I have an old oven, that sits on the fire pot. I also have the new pizza oven, which is a ring that sort of sits down in the firepot. Maybe the ring fell out and isn’t still attached / inside to the pizza oven? The ring shouldn’t be separate.

What speed do you mix on for the 8 min?

I like to use slow speed, less friction and it seems to do the trick for me!
