Weekend vlog didn't end well with an unexpected trip to urgent care from a soccer injury. Enjoyed a photo shoot during sunset at the sunflower fields. Braelyn had 2 soccer games to play with her injury. A little Target shopping always makes things better. Hoping she heals quickly and is no longer needing her splint.

That’s with anyone sport…Starbucks and slushees are full of sugar. To fuel your body you need stuff that won’t make you sluggish or upset stomach. Vegs, fruits and carbs are best

Starbucks has so much sugar in it 🤪 To fuel the body you need to hydrate with water and eat well fruits, vegs, carbs

You could get cramps in you stomach when you eat certain things like Starbucks before running around in sports like soccer.
