Yes, 'gold' always just turns into 'shades of orange' on my skin too! I always need a very COLD gold (which sounds oxymoronic but it's not), for it to read as gold on my skin.

Totally agree. I’ve tried to copy makeup looks from individuals with a deeper skin tone than me in the past. I’m fair and always felt like I looked like a clown. Now I’ve been focusing on not but overly pigmented colors and stick to the lighter end of the options. So a video would be awesome!

I have come to realize that I have decluttered every ND palette I've ever bought by now, I thought we were on the same page about the formula XD now you are inching to the other side Kackie! hahaha. I really like things to be less opaque and I think her mattes are FAMOUS for looking super different on the skin than in the pan -.- not easy enough! but I am always open to having my mind changed. Maybe someday.

OMG! I love you so much!!! I agree with you and I am here for the videos mentioned. Actually, I am here for all your videos because they make sense. Kackie, this collection does not feel complete to me. IMHO, I think ND missed an opportunity to have a successful comeback with one of the most iconic gold tone palette of all time. By offering the burning lip gloss from hell and offering a cheek highlighting palette in three metallic colors. I means who needs so much metallic highlighters? I think she missed an opportunity to offer us a complete collection. She could have offered us a universal gold cheek palette including a blush, bronzer and highlighter. I think that would have been great for the summer days or a way for us to elevate the palette for the evening. So basically, I just have a neutral gold eyeshadow palette. I see you on your next video! 🫦🤦🏻‍♀️🤗💖💯✌🏼

OK unrelated but I wanted to confirm something you posited in a prev video re: peachy pink blush on olive skin. You were correct. Peach/orange blush looks AHRANGE on us (equivalent of PANK on you). Not like "oh my blush is orange" more like "oh my FACE is orange". So for a peach blush, we go peachy-pink.

i craved your chaotic video, while in the hospital recovering from emergency surgery, and i thank you for your escapeism!!! i’m a cool toned lover and still want the INAN palette, but i also have black hair and brown-almost black eyes, and would definitely pick this up (after the i need a nude palette) to bring out my eyes. i only own the mini gold palette and not the OG gold palette, and i kinda wish the one green/gold shimmer was in this new golden palette. the packaging looks gorgeous as well. i will NOT be purchasing the gloss after seeing how badly plumping it is, because i prefer the plumping of the lawless or haus labs glosses much more; however, i WILL be ordering one of the lovely eadam lip balms because it looks gorgeous on you, and i’m a sucker for coffee/vanilla scents in a delicious looking balm. thank you for showing it because i’d never heard or seen anything about the brand until you mentioned it and put it on. kackie, pleaseeee make a high/low contrast video!!! you are a gem!!! 💛💛💛

Eadem doesn't make much but everything I've tried is absolutely amazing. Im similar in complexion and blemish concerns to you. They are a VERY quality ingredient- focused brand

I haven't seen anyone comment on it, but EADEM is a BIPOC (Black and Asian), women owned brand that focuses its products on the slight differences for skin with more melanin. The gloss/balm is their first foray into a sort of color cosmetic.

I love ND matte formulas. And I’m excited for a non orange warm palette. However, all of her glittery shades pull silver/white sheen on me. Im a medium tan/neutral/low contrast, so I was hoping for some darker foils/metallics with subtle shimmer and gold/bronze sheens. There is that one darker bronze metallic… but I’m still playing around with it.
