I have tried to contact the manufacturer but i failed. the hose or the pipe very easily slides or disconnects the attachments. so you get wet. also the lid of the urine bag is very bad. it should not open easily. i solved my problem by using the glue for the pipe and a metal screw to close the hole in the urine bag. they must have a contact address for product development. i may have more suggestions but i am not sure my advise will reach them.
