This drive follows US 62 and 180, which run together past Guadalupe Mountains National Park in west Texas, then curve northward into New Mexico. The drive ends with the scenic side-route into Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
I visited that place that same year in February. One of the best things I like about that area from the visitors center is the view. It looks as if you can see as far away as I10. The caverns were nice.
would be nice if you had two cameras presented in split screen. One camera could show the road, the other camera could show what's actually interesting (for example, mountains off to the left during most of this video).
Agreed. My current setup does have two cameras, one forward, and one rear-facing. But that's still not enough to cover everything. Eventually, probably within a couple of years, 360-degree cameras will become more feasible, and then you'll be able to control where you're looking.
