US Air Force Executes The First Ever European Theater Live Fire JASSM Missile 

Two U.S. Air Force MC-130J Commando II assigned to the 352nd Special Operations Wing executes the first-ever-European-theater live fire demonstration of a Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) during exercise ATREUS 2022-4 at Andy Space Defense Range in Norway, Nov. 9, 2022.
This is the first time Rapid Dragon has been employed using cargo aircraft in the USEUCOM theater, and precision munitions capabilities for medium-sized or larger cargo aircraft allows U.S. and NATO forces a flexible rapid response option.
This demonstration remains a historic reminder of how the dedicated resolve of allies with a common purpose and shared vision builds proven partnerships that endure.
