Funny you mention it, they learned the bad habit from mag drills and transitions with the new 4 point M4 qual. They got “told” to stop doing it, but they still continued.... Thanks for the support! 👍🏻
Dang i was a POG back in 2013 and my buddy team fire was live and lit! We were last in the Army to do Bayonets as well! We were last to do alot of things sadly. Sick ass vid and i like the motivation!!
All we had to do during my Buddly Team Live Fire was say "left side bounding" or "right side bounding", call out a malfunction if you have one which tends to happen a lot with blanks, and call out reloading if you have to reload. And then call out LOA when you reach your last post. And of course the 3 D's at the beginning(distance, direction and description of the enemy) we didn't have to say "we got you covered" or "I'm up, he sees me, I'm down"
Yeah The Forge is pretty exhausting, especially coming back from HBL too ... hopefully the weather is nice 👍🏻 A lot of rucking but hey youre almost done! Good luck!🍀
How in the world did you get authorization to wear a GoPro during an exercise on a range at OSUT? Lol there is no way in hell my drill sergeants would have let us do that. Noooooo way.
Because I am an officer and not a trainee. I’m the one getting the GoPro from him not the one going through the lane... I was collecting footage for a video I was creating for the battalion.
Some people have asked before, I also put it in the information of the video 😉 I was Cadre and put the GoPro on a trainee for a video I was working on for the brigade 😊 trainees are not allowed cameras
how does OSUT at benning work? i know its a mixture of basic and infantry because thats what im going in for, 11x. im just wondering how you guys had gopros and whatnot. do they allow you to have electronics and phones after a certain point in time?
They do not have/allowed to have go pros. I was cadre while there and used my personal GoPro to capture footage. Trainees aren’t allowed to have electronics, sometimes you will get your cellphone on Sundays, mainly later in cycle. You’ll get a pass between Turning Green and the Infantry “AIT” portion.
@@FitOneTech ohhh that makes since now and thanks, but sheesh 22 to 24 (my contract says i’ll be training for 24 weeks) weeks with only letters/mail is gonna be weird to adjust to. cant wait tho i feel like i’ll fit into infantry just fine
Lmao that’s me, and this is one of my favorite trainees. He was our class PG. not here to appease everyone tbh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ my teaching technique worked really well and has done me well in my career.
@@FitOneTech lol..too funny..I honestly wasn't sure if it was you or not. No disrespect intended, but i guess my style is just different. Do what works for you. I do love your videos though.
