It is the young people that will flee to the mountains and they need the skills to survive there. Old people like me will not be able to do that. I am okay with that. Ever since by baptism in 2007, I have been okay with death. The Lord is my shield and buckler, My high tower and refuge. I trust Him! I believe Him! and I am okay...are you???

I have a question, why is the Adventist calculation of the day of Atonement different than that of Judaism? October 22, 1844 as opposed to September and Yom Kippur? The second question is how the earlier date was arrived at for the return of Jesus, April 1843? Please help me understand, what book covers this subject?

We need to study all of Leviticus 23 to understand the timing. There is more there than meets the eye. The entire Bible was written for our admonition upon whom the ends of the earth are come. We must study for ourselves, watch, and pray.

Here is America in prophecy: We can know "when" we are on God's prophetic calendar. It is written in the book of 2nd Esdras. Chapter 11 contains a prophecy that describes a line of American presidents, five of whom are still alive, and two of them are being kept until "the end." All of them are old men. "The end" is fast approaching. Ezra wrote Second Esdras, chapters 11, 12, and 13 many centuries ago, long before the United States existed, yet he accurately describes a line of 15 US presidents starting with Hoover. Ellen White has debunked the apocrypha and her writings. It comes from Rome. There are many things in it that are similar to her writings and there is much truth in it. However truth mixed with a lie is still alive. Be careful when you study the apocrypha books.
