Score good marks on your SAT like at least 1500+. A score above 95% in your class 12th boards and have lots of extracurricular mostly preferred in community service.
U can also take tests like TOEFL OR IELTS they are english based test stuff like reading speaking listening and if you get good grades it can really help in your admission and provide you with scholarships

Just so you know, Education up to 12th grade in USA Public schools is completely free (the public schools there are better than any private school in india). However, it wouldn’t make sense to go there after 10th because-: 1. Even if you don’t have to pay for school , you’ll still have to pay for your living expenses which are pretty high like Rs. 10lakh per year so that’ll make it even more expensive than that it is in India. 2. If you’re under the impression that where you get your high school degree matters, you’re wrong. Your grades , your SAT score, extracurriculars are what actually matter. 3. Most 16 year olds aren’t mature enough to go through such major cultural shocks and live alone in a country they know almost nothing about.(Trust me 2 years is a lot of time to gain the maturity required). So, If you really want to go to USA , you should at least wait until you finish 12th grade.

You can go Georgia tech or Georgia State University and University of Atlanta and some community collage after completing two to three years in this community college you can just transfer yourself to a best college and get the degree from a best college
