Hello, thanks for the video, I would like to ask you about a K-1 visa appointment. My fiancé/petitioner is in the US and I received a letter from the NVC saying The NVC received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from USCIS. NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate (the status is Ready on CEAC now). The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition. So, my question is does this means that; 1. we have to wait for another mail/email from NVC/embassy to fill Ds-160 and schedule an appointment 2. Or should we directly fill out the DS-160 and schedule an appointment? Thank you in advance
You have to wait for their email, they will guide you.. tell you what to do next.. they will communicate when they are ready for you with an appointment date and time and docs required.. and by the way you can always call the embassy if you have questions or concerns
@@ck2023. hey ,we applied for our k1 visa since march 12th 2020.I just did my interview at the Embassy this week,I thank God 🙏 that our visa was approved.
