Is it advisable to get the ticket before your visa ??like I thought you get the visa before ticket..cuz you don’t know if your visa is going to be approved or not
Thank you for these tips. Which I actually followed even before I can across with this vid. However, I was denied twice in Manila and Surabaya. The one in Surabaya told me that I can not have this visa no matter where I applied in the world because I'm single. What should I do? Thanks.
Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that my husband and I successfully got our U.S. visas on 16/09/2024, even after his previous rejection six years ago. If you're applying for a U.S. or any other visa, having the right support can make a big difference. The visa agent we worked with made the process much smoother by handling our application and providing great interview preparation tips. Their guidance helped me feel confident despite my concerns about English.
i applied my b1/b2 last 2017 and was granted a 10 year multiple entry on my first try. The interview was very easy. Just be honest, relax, smile and answer the questions straight to the point. dont explain too much because the more u speak the more follow up questions they ask from u. Just like the person next to me during my interview. Q's i got are the following: 1. Why do u want to visit US 2. Who are u going to visit in the US 3. What is your job 4. Who will be paying for your airline ticket 5. What is your salary 6. How long you gonna be staying in the US
Base on experience. I prepared all the possible documents the interviewer will ask. Remember the information you put on the application because these will be the same questions he will ask. A redundant questions to see if you are not lying. Be relax, simple question simple answer. No need to elaborate more when answering. Interviewer will ask more questions base on your elaborations.
You cannot book a ticket and bring it to your visa interview. That is a NO-NO. The Consul generals doesn;t want you to assume you;ll be granted a tourist visa by booking a flight before you even have a visa. That's a reason for you to get denied. That's a fact.
Very detail and clear for checklist....i am so appreciated about this.....i will be planing for the 3rd time of applying B2 visa interview...after Tet holiday 2022 ( Year of Tiger).....hopefully it will be approved....!!!! Thanks...
US Embassy think of all visitors as a potential immigrants. Most critical information an interviewer usually look for, strong ties to your home country. Which would be your spouse and children, your job, your assets, including your real estate. If you are leaving all these behind, you are more than likely to return and more than likely you will be granted a visa.
Would like to know more about interview Q & A - for K1 Fiance VISA. Thank you for sharing as well. Very resourcefull. Always good to have heads up & be prepared
I got my visa approved and already delivered. The interviewer was very polite and easygoing, so it was very easy talking to him. We spoke in my native language so if you are afraid that you’re not going to answer in perfect English don’t worry, they’ll help you in the language department (I am Italian, applied in Italy and had my interview in Italian from start to finish). The questions that he asked were - why do I want to go to the us and where - why I applied for the visa (b2) instead of esta - when I went to Cuba and for what (that’s the reason I applied for the b2) - what’s my job - have I ever been in the us before I was so nervous for nothing… it was a very short and easy chat. Good luck guys 🥰
My friend There ' s no common questions and answers. Your visa is granted before you past the interview. They scan your profile and decide same time if you get it or not. In HAÏTI 🇭🇹 each 1000 applicants there's 10 only they'll grant the Visa.

My cousin he's living in US more than 10 years, he is working in medical field. He is contact with me in phone call all time, one day he told about he's landlord or house owner he's so such a good person, he got kidney failure, i listen he's words and i decided to save him giving one of my kidney, and i contact directly Hospital and i apply quetionire. After legal team verify every information they approve to transplant and Hospital leagal team and doctors ready to send invitation letter to US embassy in our country. So now reciepent as my Sponsor he also ready to send all documents. So i decided to apply B2 medical visa for going to US, please help me is this right way to get visa? Or wt i do for get visa for medical purpose?
Thank you so much for those tips on how to answer questions at the embassy. Unfortunately in Kenya the consular officers don't give you time to present your documents or any proof at the counter or even explain yourself. The second reason is that one is warned not to buy any air ticket before you are issued with a visa. I think the embassy should get ways on how one can present documents online before the interview for scrutiny. Thank you.
In our country they ask a maximum of 2 questions. Sometimes no questions are asked just your name and they deny you. Out of 1000 only 3 are successful.
Thank you for this video sir. Please reply. I am studying my study is going online. I wanna visit US to my relatives. So What actual document I needa get from my relatives. And how much %of chances I have to get the B2 visa.
Well-done, please how do I - my self and my husband take our 3 children along with me for a 4 months unpaid program, that I have a invitation letter for. How is the best way to package the application.!
Hi i have subscribed to your Chanel and i want to ask you that i went to apply for my visit visa and they asked me that why did i over stay and i didn't have any answers for that. Please advise me on the way forward thanks

I am a dual citizen of the US and Italy. My girlfriend is Thai and when she had her B1/B2 interview the visa officer first asked how long we were together. When she answered "seven years", his follow up question was "why haven't you gotten married?" I though this was an inappropriate question. It is a personal issue and has no bearing on whether she is a risk to try and migrate. What justification does the visa officer have to ask this. Did he not cross the line here?

@if you are a US citizen then it is supposed to be a free country and yes it is crossing the line and none of their business. That does not mean that they won't ask questions like that. And they will probably do whatever they want. But the fact is as a US citizen you are supposed to be free!!!! It is none of their business who you marry or if you even believe in marriage or how you conduct your relationships. As a u.s. citizen you should be able to have a relationship with anyone you want from any country you want in any way you want. The only exception to that "law" ( the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights) should be if the person is a criminal or a threat to the security of the u.s.. If a person is "not" a threat to the US security, then it is absolutely none of their business.

Thank you sir for useful video on B2 visa interview. I have a question. My son lives in Pakistan and he is married with two children. His I-130 has been filed 6 years ago. Another 6-8 years waiting time for his green card. I want him to apply for visit visa to see family here. Is it possible for him to get B2 visa while his I-130 is under process? Please let me know. I highly appreciate your valuable information. Thanks
Talk to immigration lawyer but it might be challenging while already having I - 130 applications in place.. they may ask him more questions, could be different to get an approval visa for the US.
Thanks for this informative video. We are due to travel as a family from the UK for a holiday in July 2022, but because my partner worked in Iraq he needs a visa interview, the earliest available appointment is Nov 2022. We’re devastated because we can’t cancel the holiday, the travel agent will not refund us. Will we have any luck applying for an expedited appointment at the US embassy in London? Any advice on how to write the reason to request an expedited appointment? Thanks
Why is the wait for a meeting so long? I was supposed to travel to Miami with my friend in November but because I've been to Iran within the past 5 years, I cannot apply for the ESTA waiver form and therefore have to apply for a B2 visa... my meeting is on DEC 5th and hopefully I can obtain the visa so i can travel next year and for the next 10 years without any issues
I want to ask if your passport contain previous visa of a country that you have visited before and this country tie or relation is not so well with USA , does this affect granting of the visa ?

Could you please tell me whether there is a solution to the absence of strong ties back home like property or wife and children. I'm a university teacher from Algeria and got refusal because of this back in 2019
What is the best way to submit a DS-160 questionnaire and sign up for an interview with the embassy? One of the spouses previously had a visa with a visit to the United States. Is it better to book an interview with the whole family or separately?

Thats what I am asking myself too…I don’t get it. Like if they deny it, I lost 1K cause most of the airlines don’t give you the money back. At least not where I live at
It is not necessary to purchase a ticket beforehand. I applied for a tourist visa back in 2017 on my first try and granted a 10 year multiple entry visa . The immigration officer didn't ask me to present a plane ticket or any bank statement but i just brought a copy with me on the day of my interview just incase the officer would ask for it. Dont forget your passport
Hello Sir my husband is being sent to the US on a business project which is a year long, would it increase the chances of visa rejection if we state our duration of stay since it's a year long. What can we possible say that would convince them that we would return. Please do advise 🙏
I have b1 visa but I didn’t use it yet and its in on my old passport, but the visa is till 2025 .i would like to use it this coming year it is still valid, even it is on the old visa???
My Germany student visa application was initially declined but later approved for they realized their reasons for declining was flawed. During US visa interview, when asked, do I need to tell the Consular that my Germany visa application was once declined or the 2 are NOT related?
Hi... So glad to know about this information... I have a questions... My cousin was had a b1/b2 visa about 20 yrs ago... The visa was expired about 2005/2006...on 2001 he came to usa and he was overstayed there for 3 years... He came back to our country in 2004 . This years he is planning to visit usa and want to apply a new b1/b2 visa. Is there any problem?... I heard there is a 10 yrs ban for overstayed case.. And it was happened more than 10 years. Do you think he will get a chance for the visa? He really had money for his visiting.... And this time he will stay for 1 month only.... When he apply ing the s160 form.. Does he need to tell about his overstayed in 2001-2004 on his application? Cause his friend had same case and been rejected when applied visa last years? Thankyou
i think it is better to declare his previous visit here in the US because I believe they could trace that in their system and it cause u more trouble. Better yet consult an expert to answer your query
@@donaldmattis9180hello sir I need your help I want to come to the US what is the process currently I want to visit and return January 17 but in March I want to go study can you help
Great video. Thanks. I was rejected over 3 times when I applied for a student visa over five years ago. I wish to visit for a professional conference. Should I be expecting any possible red flag? Please, can you give me any suggestions? Thanks!

Just wanted to know what is your criteria for rejection ? I’ve been visiting USA for last 12 years, this time when I applied for visa I was granted one , but a few days later I was emailed a form requiring a lot of information with the news that I’ll be informed about my visa status later. It’s been almost three months I’m waiting for my visa . I need to visit my son who’s there doing a job on H-1 visa . I’m under an immense stress . I was supposed to be with my son in march but don’t know what’s the delay . Please look into this matter ASAP . Thanks
I have been to the US on J-1 visa in 2019 Now planning to go on a tourist visa to see other states that I could not manage last time. Does that previous visa on my passport work for or against me? I'm currently employed and I'm planning to take a 2 week vacation
Thank u for the very helpful insights sir. I am planning to visit the US under tourist visa. But i dont have any travel history even in Asia. I am a meat dealer here and i owned 2 butcher shops here in the Philippines. It's always been my dream to visit in the US but pandemic hits and it affected not only on the health issues but on the livestocks situations as well especially in the hog industry where ASF disease cropped over 75% of the total hog industry and boarders were closed. Now, i wanna apply for the tourist visa, i am worried about my travel history since i don't have any. Traveling is expensive and i saved as much as i can for this trip than having travels to countries that are not in my wishlist. Does it affect my application when i dont travel history? Thanks and i am waiting for your reply sir
I have a B1 visa but I was denied entry into the U.S. I have never broken any law in any country including the U.S (previous trips). Needless to say I was treated like a criminal at the airport. The airline staff appeared to think I had no right to be told in advance that my visa was cancelled. I lost over £1000 for my ticket. I wrote to the embassy but got no reply. What do I do, do I need to apply for a new interview? Many thanks in advance.
@@mdsaddamhossan5397 UK citizen. I went to Pakistan in 2017. I don't know, but this might have caused my ban. Damned unfair if it did as I was only there to go trekking.
A lot of people get turned back in customs. I know a girl from Mexico that when asked what was the purpose of her visit, she said "to find a job". Another lady from the Philippines was asked her purpose and she said "to help my husband start a church". Having a visa in hand won't fix stupid.
@@mygirl3066 I'd been a dozen times to the States, never for work. I can assure you I didn't say anything stupid. I was not allowed to board the plane in the UK, so it's not like I even got to immigration.

Hi Richard! Thanks as usually for very competent helping videos! I got a rather detailed question for you : I would love to go to USA and work there for an unlimited period of time. I live in Denmark as a Danish citizen, perfectly clean criminal record, never any tax fraud or anything else of stupid char. I have 10 years experience working in the Casino business, and would really like to try my luck working in Vegas in a manager/supervisor position. I spoke with the American Embassy in Copenhagen, and they told me I needed to get a job first over there, and then that company had to contact the embassy and start the process. In other words its really tricky. Can I expect a company willing to wait for me for 2-3 months? Should I try apply for immigrant visa, and then move over there without a job and then search? What would your advice be to me on the entire procedure please? Have a great day Sir!
Sir i never visit us and i do not there system but i advise u to not to go to gambling house there problems u try to get market job loke fruits and veg market or any good hotel
I m a exporter i will tyr to get job in these market then i understand there packing system and so many cryteria in us so i will autumatic impart the lesson i succesd to invest my time with them insah Allah
These are the common questions arose for obtaining any country's visa. But you are treating these requirements for US visa as a big deal and making aspirants to feel big and afraid. Please do not fear aspirants.
