He's being scientific not just boasting too. Bolt is heavier and taller than his competition so he accelerates slowly but once he's moving in the second half of the race you can't touch him.
+damatrix1001 What if there was a runner who 5' 9" but was like 70% leg so they had a stride length of someone 8ft tall and didn't have the problem of weight.
Ollie Wales They would have poor mechanics imo. Sprinters use the momentum of their arms a lot. In the first half they have to lean forward hard to accelerate so they would suffer off the blocks too.
right- in elementary and middle school i was the fastest kid in the class but once i started having races i was like- oh my gosh- wow- im not that fast
+Jake Eyles the post was meant in a sarcastic way not to say "his tips is this or that" but you took it in a different way. & that was a statement not a tip.
Usain would get shmoked Edit: Anybody who actually responded to this thinking I was serious or am a Logan Paul fan does not understand sarcasm. Who can only use 0.0001% of their brain now 😂
Step 1: Drive, push as hard as you can, head down, body forward Step 2: Get tall, high knees, low shoulders, straighten up and just sprint Step 3: Check your sides (should be at halfway mark), start to really get fast Step 4: Don't lose
step 4 sounds like a joke but it really is part of the process. the reason bolt is the fastest in those last strides is because he tells himself no one can beat him. that last 15 meters is all mental.
I am 12 billion years old. I move at 3*10^8 m/s relative to all observers. From my perspective time does not exist. I am always at the beginning and the end of the race. I run 100 meters in 0.00000033 seconds.
if your that tall and you dont do professional training, youre going to be slower than people who are shorter. usains body isnt the best for running, its his hard work
I'm 89 years old. I ran the 100m in 69 years. Is that slow? Damn, it’s now 2021 and because I ran the speed of light when I broke the record I am still 89 years old, I decided to take my talents to high jump and I jumped 69 meters. Is that high?
The way he paced himself even with talking, and got everything he needed to say out by the time he hit the end of the 100 meter. That’s how you know this man was meant for the track. It’s dedication and love in him
okaymckay I hate it how people say “oh you were born to do this”. Yeah just throw all that hard work he did out the window because he was already born to run.
@The DogSquad u saying cringe is cringe. Me pointing out your cringe is also cringe. Me pointing out myself pointing out your cringe is even more cringe. Ok ill stop. This is getting too cringe for me
Copied comment your comment is exactly the same as someone else's from 3Years ago and you copy/pasted this because you also have no caps like you said i not I like him and no period? Copied comment shrub.
Unlucky m8, someone already has this comment, it’s almost on 2k likes and is at the top, but looking at the times in which the comments were posted I think u may have done a cNp
Im 0.0000001 nanoseconds old and i weigh 584745 sextillion tons. My left leg is 45 feet deep and my right eye is a dog. I can ran the 20000000000000m dash in 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 seconds. No lie....
lol I know right?? Lots of it are probably BS but I'm sure there might be a few true ones because this is a sprinting video and people come here to improve themselves
Dear Usain bolt, my name is Kasey Wallace and when I’m older I want to become the living FEMALE version of you! My fastest time in the 100m is 15.02. I also love to do the 200m, high jump and long jump. I am 11 years old and I do little athletics. My time in the 200m is 29.08. High jump: 1m and 15cm. Long jump:3m and 75cm. If only I could meet him one day. I LOVE YOU USAIN BOLT
... Last 10 meters, you won't gonna catch me. NO MATTER who you are , NO MATTER what u re doing... YOU won't gonna catch me... ...And this, is where the glory begins...
steroids? do you have any idea how much these dudes train? while you are typing retarded comments on youtube sitting on your fatass, they are training. every fucking day. not to mention they have superior black genetics
***** Why not? for sure they take some shit it is just the plain truth, nothing against it though that because I want to see superhuman performances like all of you. Brilliant/perfect genetics + hard work + some kind of performance enhancers= bolt.
@@davetonyjohn1391 Well shit man, now I'm actually running in college. Can't believe you found this comment, so cool to see my comment from 7 years ago haha. Well I'm down to a 10.6 and this year I expect to hit 10.4's if not a touch faster. I appreciate your comment
Thanks for the good lesson, I'm currently in 100m and circular relay, came 1st in both of them. I do good, but these techniques will probably improve my running techniques! I'm gonna do more races in October, November and December. Ty!!
@@YanDa739 Hey 👋🏼 For the 100m 5 years ago, I ran 14 seconds. Now, my personal best is 11.04 seconds. Hope this gives you some motivation. It’s a slow journey but it’s always 100% worth it!
@@ispgravy4233 mostly top end speed training and lots of block start practise 👍🏼 plyometric exercises are good to do every day or two too, as they improve explosive power
@devonMiniFlicks there is a GOD. So how was created the universe? Knowing that today we have proof that demons and spirits exist, even the devil exists and that even science recognizes the existence of supernatural facts that they cannot exist, how is it possible not to believe in GOD? ? Even the majority of scientists who agreed on the Big Bang theory were believers. Several great scientists were also believers (especially Christians), and even A. Einstein believes in GOD and he also says that atheism is an absurdity, that there is indeed a CREATOR ABOVE US.
This young man is pretty scientific in his explanation of how to win the 100 meter race. I appreciate it very much. I hope to teach my grandson this way. The reason why you want to stay on your toes is because going on your heels will cut into your time and slow you down.
I'm the fastest girl in my grade and I watch lots of these videos to keep my speed going i go to the dunrobin primary school in Jamaica oh and usainyou are my biggest motivator in running
