Joe Soberano is the CEO and Chairman of Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), the first homegrown Cebuano company to be publicly listed. The real estate company is focused on providing affordable and sustainable housing development to the Visayas and Mindanao regions. In 2020, he was named one of the country’s top CEOs - a testament to his unrelenting vision.
Joe is also a dedicated philanthropist and is actively involved in initiatives for education, healthcare programs, disaster relief assistance, and sustainable development. In addition to his work with CLI, Joe serves as the Chairman of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in Visayas, and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Cebu.
