And on the ticker at the bottom…it showed Marion Barber III, stats from the game he was playing in at that time for the cowboys…then not to mention Colt Brennan as well. RIP to ALL
Right hopefully this season will prove it was Riley’s blind loyalty to Grinch as to why they were so bad. Definitely got a lot of faith in Lynn to at least make the defense in the better half of the FBS.
Crazy to think that Eversen griffen Brian Cushing and clay matthews where backups the next year was Pete Carroll’s best defense of his time at USC the defense is one of the best all time
Michael Crow and Ray Anderson. I was a student at this game. SDS used to be so batshit out of control. It was amazing. It’s so stale now. They took away all of our traditions, tailgating, and overall game experience (not to mention the quality of the team, obviously).
@@jqowens777 must have been 2014 lol. The 2019 game again Oregon was great, but overall, the atmosphere was starting to become more of a dud as the norm. I went to the 2019 game against Colorado and I was legitimately embarrassed. 2007 was my freshman year and every week was a party in the stands. Downright debaucherous, in the best way possible (If you were a Devil, of course lol).
PAC-12 officials were paid extra to throw flags against USC. 14 of them in this game including five personal fouls in which only two were legit. Didn't matter since USC completely steamrolled ASU in the second half. 😆😆😆
The pac 10 refs did their best to help ASU. That unsportsmanlike penalty on Sedrick Ellis was crazy. Also the extremely late TD call on the QB sneak was mind blowing.. Even the announcers were calling it out lol
The bottom line is that Oregon was by far the best team in the conference that season, but Dennis Dixon blew his knee out against ASU and Oregon fell off a cliff. God I hate USC.
@@jnealeigh There’s no way you’re going to try and make that argument when USC lost to Stanford that season. Hell, they should’ve been ineligible for the conference title from that game alone. And for the record, in the official record books it lists ASU as Co-Champs for that season, which I am absolutely against and do not recognize. You can’t have co-champs when everyone played everyone.
