lb-ft or ft-lb are both equally valid, since multiplication is commutative

Hey! I've encountered a problem when tightening the chain. When I measure the distance between the 10mm counternut, and the "stock?", I do not get the same measurement on the other side. However the measurement ligns are aligned.. To simplify, the measurement lines are equal, but the distance between the counternut and the stock? is different ^^ I do notice that the bike slightly hovers to the right when driving. Any ideas? thx

Have your buddy hold a meter long (4feet) straight edge (plywood will do) against the rear rim/tire, nice and even pressure. Eyeball it, is it pointing forward straight? Same direction as the front wheel? Use a tape measure. Hovering: check bearings, wheel and steering should not have any play sideways. My front wheel bearing collapsed on me once.
