Indeed, currently I'm managing my finances wisely and being frugal. In the last 19 months, my investments grew by 43%, adding over $650K in profits. However, I've had losses in the past month, making me anxious. I'm unsure whether to sell everything or wait.

I agree. Many of us prefer to shop directly and not thru some app that pops up ads everywhere and which takes a commission for hooking you up with a business.

@@adamseidel9780 I don’t work in tech. But neither does he. So he’s going to pay to build it and pay to maintain it. But doesn’t have a customer. My business has actually helped over 2500 people in the last three years. I invested less a lot less. Fuel then insurance are my largest expenses. please explain how a app for dog day care will be used more then the internet. Please I would like to know. Also please explain if he would be liable for something that happens to someone’s pet. Oh so he will have to spend more on a lawyer to write that his app is not liable. like the guys said he’s not ready. The money could be spent on the house. I used to make web pages with notepad if he would study a bit all he would need is someone help make his app compatible on all the different platforms, legal, then monetization. It not like he’s making a live sales app, linked with POS system an inventory stocking program. when I grow my business that’s what I’m looking for. I have been just listing the types of possible inventory. Cause that would be over 20 grand for automotive parts. It has to be live cause other have had the problem where the part sells online. Then sell in the store and can’t deliver its online sale because the part has been sold twice when only one in stock.

Or build something yourself. It doesn't need to be fancy yet, just get something to see if the business works.

Also, you can have it cheap, fast, or good. Pick two. And 20g to build an app from the ground up in 1 year will not yield a quality product.

What's the incentive for the developers to continue offering support and invest time and effort for years to come when they won't get paid anymore after the app was launched? A legit actor will not agree to this business model and a bad actor will agree and then ghost the guy after he receives the payment.

As a software developer, I couldn't agree more. Bugs will come up, new feature requests will come up, and so many unexpected things. 20k is extremely low for an app.
