In this video I touch on why I think that mobile home flipping is a great way to help you get funding for your RV Park. I first started my real estate journey investing in mobile homes doing fix n flips and I made some great profits. I eventually so the advantage of being the OWNER of the park - not just the flipper. Nonetheless, I still think that flipping mobile homes can help you get the capital you need to get an RV Park going.
