Yes to using the old sticker books maybe once a week or twice a month would be very helpful. I don't really buy hp stickers anymore, only if a book excites me like the Disney collection ones. I rather support LLP, Mojo, Rong Rong, Planything, etc because all their books can be actually used. My hp books are collecting dust also cuz i don't reach for them anymore so yes it would be helpful to see old sticker books included.

I look forward to watching you do some spreads using the old sticker books. I've come close to getting rid of mine & it makes me mad at myself because I haven't used them.

I really like this video! It was super helpful. I stopped planning for the last 1-2 years… I started back up the beginning of June. I need it. I need to keep organized an be prepared for what is happening day to day. The first 4 months of the year I am so busy at work that I don’t get any time off til end of April. Working 7 days a week for 4 months is tooooooo much, and with the long days. 10-12 hours a day, it wipes me out. Then when it finally slows down I feel lost, tired and completely drained. I started using an Aura Estelle Cloud planner, with inserts. I had bought so many kits and a ton of happy planner sticker books back in 2019-2020. So I have finally started using my kits and Doug memory spreads and then doing a weekly plan as I go in another printable planner, Happy planner style. I love being able to be creative, pull out 10 sticker books and create a spread that sometimes looks like a hot mess at the end of the week abs other times it’s beautiful! You never know what your gonna get til it’s all done, because of the way I plan out my week. It’s relaxing to me and super enjoyable. So I make the time to do it. No regrets except for not starting at the beginning of the year… thank you for taking the time to do this video.

The hardest thing I have with using my sticker books is knowing what’s in them! I often get too impatient looking for the just the right thing.

Getting back into planners again, got off the stickers for awhile, but I'm back and had to see what you're up to. So glad you're still at it and so well!!!

I really love the font in that simply lovely book!

The Rainbow book is what got me started using HP products. I watch for it now & pick another up when I can get a deal on it. I have plenty other books, but that ends up being my go-to. I have a journal that I started when we had to WFH 100% during the pandemic. I used the colored full boxes as backgrounds for quotes, then framed them in with washi. I have a quote on the left page of my 3x4 journal, and the written content on the right page. It has indeed become my "happy* book, regardless of some of the journal content when I thought I would lose my mind. Amazing what a rainbow can do for the brain. LOL

Thanks for the tips! I have only been into decorative planning for less than a year but I have accumulated quite a collection of sticker books and have started to have some “old books”. I wanted to use up my stickers so I put together functional sticker sheets from most of my sticker books into the Basics sticker book. This way, when I grab it, I have most things I need for the day-to-day planning. I look forward to the day that I will finish a Happy Planner sticker book. I would like to see you use a combination of old and new sticker book into a spread 😀

This was a great video. I have a lot of HP books. However, I would love to support the people that have come out with their own amazing stickers that are way more creative than HP. But I would like to use up some of my HP stickers first. I enjoyed the ideas you shared about clustering the stickers. I sometimes struggle for ideas. how do you use the boxes when you plan? You covered a bunch of boxes and it blows my neurodivergent mind. I'm legitimately trying to understand pretty planning. I currently bujo in a spiral notebook but I want to start making my planner more pretty while still really functional.
