Great Chat. There are a lot of E.V’s that are now affordable and from my experience a lot cheaper and more reliable than my previous vehicles.

Having had the pleasure of my wife's (oh where is this going) hybrid yaris, and the beauty of quiet /smooth eV running. I'm seriously considering trading my car in for a cheapish eV, 7k!! range not an issue now I'm retired, leaf or zoe???. Thanks for all the info guys 👍

As I keep asking in many review channels - measure the space in the back, seats up and down, with a tape measure - length, width, height. Litres of space is an irrelevence when you want to carry something long and thin!

I have leased for the past 2 years and have just under a year left. I am seriously looking at a second hand car to replace my E-Niro as car prices do seem to have gone up significantly. It gives me hope of being able to buy a nice EV!

1hr 12 mins Really interesting to watch and listen to I live in France and prices here are insane I've been looking at going EV from my DS 5 Hybrid which at ten yrs old and 153k KMS on the clock is still worth in excess of €11000 euros I'd like a Tesla Model three but I'm looking at €30000 for a high milage standard range and the etron forget it used your talking €50,000 upwards I'm now hanging on to see what effect the new model 3 highland has on the current model 3 what are your thoughts on this ??? as I'd love a M3P great show and I enjoy both channels Keep up the good work .... Can anyone please tell me what the 'electrical issues' you mention are with the i-pace ? We're looking for a 4wd EV for up here in the Yorkshire dales, and a used ipace and it's second-hand price were currently favourite, but should we spend the extra and get a used e-tron instead ? We have purchased a 38kwh ioniq with a bank loan. The loan is entirely covered by the money we save on fuel. Free car. It will do 1000 miles for less than £20 charging on the cheap rate.

I am currently looking at buying a 2nd hand EV for between £16k-£20k....I have narrowed it down to Citreon eC4, Hyundai Kona and a Hyundai Ioniq. What would people recommend? Also what is the costs of installing a home charging point including buying the charger point? As Arnold Clark are giving away free charging points (installed)with the purchase of a used/pre reg EV and was wonder if this was a good deal?

The second hand EV market is finding its feet. It is still forming. It'll settle and the rules will be much the same as ICE second hand market with predictable depreciation such as super luxury top spec German brand vehicles tumbling sharply when you drive off the forecourt and the mass market getting the same steady drop. it'll be identical to the ICE 2nd hand market eventually as it settles over the next 10 years.

perhaps you could do a series where you parody other youtubers who put out anti-ev content, What Car's latest attempt feels like a perfect opportunity to ridicule such obvious editorial bias from those claiming to be experts in the automotive sector.

Any podcast who wasn't already doing video, has always been doing it wrong. You don't even need video to produce a video, you can just use a static image or b roll. You're generating the audio, so you may as well record video at the time and increase revenue. I only listen to podcasts when going for a walk, which tailed off when I left the city - there's nothing to really see out in the sticks. Now it's just RU-vid I'm afraid.
