Used Volvo S40 - V40 Reliability | Most Common Problems Faults and Issues

I've got a 2003 Volvo V40 with the B4184S2 engine and M56 transmission, and I'm happy to hear that most of the issues don't really apply to my car. I've had her for a bit over 1½ years at this point and I'm thinking of replacing the timing belt before summer. My only issue is that the fuel level gauge wires keep breaking, even if I replace them with newer wires (also from petrol car fuel gauges). Most of my issues seem to be from wear and tear except for the fuel level gauge, which seems to have a mind of its own. Also, when it's cold, my A/C unit will sometimes give full blast on high heat on its own until percussive maintenance and the left headlight will sometimes not work., though I suspect both might be down to microcracks on the soldering on the PCBs due to age.

I have a 2003 s 40 2.0 T, i have had it for 7 years and i love it, never had any issues, exept now, its klonking in the rear end of the car, i dont know wish bussing is worn out or if its strut bearings, i dont know, maybe you people do?
