I just watched this video and it surprised me that you only have like 140 subscribers, you're really underrated!! also I think gorou would be a good support for noelle!
Noelle wants Def sands, and I wouldn't have foddered that double crit feather, could have easily ended up better overall if it got more upgrades in crit. In general if it's got double crit, it's worth leveling as crit is typically the most valuable stat, certainly is for Noelle. Can fodder afterwards if it rolls badly. Anywho good luck getting her to C6, I can assure you it's worth it!
