I have used a Drotto Boat Latch from Boat2Trailer to launch and load my 2003 Triton Tr-21 bass boat by myself for over a year now and it has made this sometimes tricky process very safe & easy. This is a quick video demonstrating how I use this day in & day out. Enjoy!

I’ve been on the fence trying to decide on one of these. Especially with my walleye boat that’s pretty heavy and wants to slide back down the bunks all the time. I’m always having to run the motor up against the winch until I get it hooked up and tight. Not good when fishing at no power loading ramps !! Think I’m gonna pull the trigger. Great video

Have the same setup. With the drotto latch and trick step for a alumaweld 20’ stryker. Just as good as sliced bread with peanut butter and jelly and milk😉🥃🇺🇸

I have the same trick steps and drotto boat latch. Last time I pull off the lake I ran the boat all the way up to the latch and it did not engage. I didn't have the release attached which would have allowed me to hold the latch and lock the latch in place. It should have locked when I ran it up. Trick steps made it easy to attach the winch strap and safely pull the boat out.
