Hello, half an hour ago I heard a doctor talking about a plan to learn how to restore bone loss or restore a tooth biologically, produced by a liquid that revitalizes the bone - it provides natural substances that stimulate the growth of a new tooth, so that the bone grows a new tooth, like a new one where there was an old tooth, bone , so this is the best futuristic and most epic step in all of human history or even wildlife science to naturally repeat the growth of bones and teeth for a third or even fourth time.

Who was the lucky patient and what was the cost of robotic surgery comparing to digitally guided surgery? Every step of dental implants is already so expensive and as such not affordable by most people!

The cost of dental work in today's world is getting out of hand. People get shuffled from "specialist" to "specialist" spending hundreds of dollars and sometimes more for each visit, then end up with a tooth extraction. Most times options to implants usually aren't given unless you ask.

I have to agree who can afford this stuff? It is frustrating that options to implants usually aren't given unless asked. The cost of dental work is IMO out of hand.

@@bettyboop1524It is very expensive. The machine and surgical training is expensive. Your local dentist isn't likely to have this in his/her arsenal. An option might be to have it done at a school of dentistry. This procedure however is a one shot deal and it requires no stitches and less recovery time. Like anything you really want, you will have to budget for it over the long term. Unlike most oral treatment, implant surgery is considered an elective which means insurance won't cover the procedure.
