Can we breath with mouth closed and through the nose with this dispenser? Reason being my inhaler is creating mouth fungus

what kinda soap do i use? cause ive got dish soap,body soap, and clothing soap, which would work best... cause last time i used dish soap... and well. it didnt work too well, left a dose of residue and made it all fogged up

I am using inhaler for my kid with spacer but there are fumes coming out from top of canister. How to control that and where does fault lies.

Step 1. Prime the inhaler before use according to the manufacturers instructions . Step 2. Stand or sit up straight Step 3. Take off cap and shake the inhaler Step 4. Insert the inhaler into the end of the spacer. Step 5. Breathe out all the way Step 6. Place mask firmly on face covering nose and mouth. Press down on inhaler and breathe in and out slowly 6 times. Step 7. Shake inhaler before taking each puff. If more than one puff is ordered, wait 30 seconds to 1 minutes between each puff Step 8. Wipe face, rinse mouth or drink water after using rescue inhalers that have steroids medicine. Clean spacer once per week, pull pieces apart and soak in warm soapy water for 15 minutes. Then rinse, and allow tp air dry then reassemble , do not wipe the inside of spacer as there is a special lining to help delivery of medication to lungs.

I thought you are supposed to hold the medicine in after inhaling it. Why did she say breath in and out 6 times?
