How far from the paper do you keep the phone? Every time I use the app to draw it shows the pencil out of focus like it’s blurry. It’s always on breakdown mode. What can I do to fix this? Thanks so much. Also what kind of stand are you using? Do you have a link? 👍🏻
I have it up as high as I feel comfortable for looking at the phone when sitting. For focusing go to tools and on the left you will see camera, that will help you focus your camera. I see that you are using pencil, but how would I create a picture that has the appearance of a photograph. also what medium is used to create the finish that is used on marvel cards?
amazing app..until i tried drawing a picture... its merely impossible to draw anything with how bad the camera works. like theres a 1 second delay with the pencil strokes etc. way too hard to follow when it doesnt match whats on the screen.. iphone 13 pro max... my phone should be more than good enough
Hi something sounds really wrong as there is no noticeable delay even with an iPhone 6 and entry level android phones. Perhaps you should try hard restarting your phone, it sounds like an issue with the phone and not the app. Feel free to reach out to us via email I can help you troubleshoot.
