I made this kind of workflow in UiPath as well. It is very facinating that gpt can extract the information correctly even after splling mistake in email. It can do analysis of sentiment of the email. It can summersie the email get ivoice numer and many more. I used open ai api and uipath as RPA tool. This is amazing. This is surly gonna replace some jobs.

I think it will create more jobs in the IT industry. More tools and processes like this will be needed and more people will, thus, be needed to build these tools.

Conveniently, the example email used here is actually well-structured, the statements perfectly phrased for the model to interpret (and then made to look jumbled just by removing new lines). Still, good intro to get started, for sure.

When you copy/paste email contents into the textarea for processing in OpenAI GPT, is the content made public or is the data silo-ed and confidential only to the service subscriber?

The data stays within the maker tenant and is not shared with anyone else.

Any word yet on expected number of AI Builder credits per prompt or per token yet? Will it be equivalent to the $.003 per 1000 tokens posted for Logic Apps pricing of LLM usage?

this is really amazing......looking forward to using it. However, the registration page mentions something odd: Prerequisites to participate in the limited preview 1. Your Power Platform environment must be hosted in the United States. 2. Currently the feature will only be available for environments provisioned with the English-US Language 3. The environment must have a Dataverse database enabled. 4. This feature will be available to preview environments only, production environments will not have this feature. The US-Preview environment doesnt allow creation of dataverse database. So, how can we register? Please advise.

Great points Soumayorup Dey, you are right about prerequisite now. Only selected environments can create dataverse database in US (preview) region. We are shortly going to enable this capability for folks who signed up with the interest form mentioned in the description for US region. The US (preview) prerequisite will get dropped soon. Don't worry. IF you have Admin permissions then you can create a US Environment and then apply for the Preview!

I'm trying to see how much this costs, but it's a bit confusing to me. In the AI Builder calculator, it's showing 1 request is $500/month. Is that really the minimum cost for using 'create text with GPT' in Power Automate?

This is now available in the UK thankfully, however I'm annoyed with the small 4097 token limit! That makes it a challenge to work with full strings of emails for example which will often exceed the limit.

It's the same with Bing Chat GPT there is a 2000 character limit and 20 item discussion limit there! Way way too short!!

At this point, the capability is only available in the US. We'll gradually bring it to other regions, but for that the underlining Azure OpenAI models need to be available in those regions. So as the service expands, so will the AI Builder models.

The form has been decommissioned, and we are migrated to an in-product signup. If you have access to US environment, then you should be able to sign-up for the feature from within the product.
