This was used when I was in the ICU for 17 days. Covid phenomena with acute respiratory failure. Laying on my stomach with my head/shoulders elevated increased my oxygen level 3 to 4% higher. On the 17th day after 3 hours of proning my level was 100%! Using the Incentive spirometry helped a lot, in the beginning I couldn't get it off the bottom and when I left the hospital to go to rehab I was able to get it to 1500.
You listen to me, I love you and I am telling you, don't give up on the accident and emergency department, I give you my full support, I believe that all hospital staff all over the country should walk out, to many managers taking to much money, you are first and foremost, x

Thanks for the video, but she didn't hold for two to four seconds. Should really make a video where the visual instructions match the written instructions. I still don't know: is she supposed to inhale for as long as possible, or inhale and then hold? Instructions differ on this, and this video wasn't helpful in that respect.
YOur lungs are sensitive. Especially if you're new to this device. I plan to practice with the red ball first, then the red yellow, then the up to the green all three.
