This is the smoothest call I have heard, I do cold calling so I guess it's all about small connections like you saying you have a niece with the same name. I'm new so I am still learning the market I like to know what I'm talking about.

So I see you don't cold call you build referral leads, they are waiting for your call that is a for sure sale as long as they have the right purchasing powers right. Will you please do a cold call maybe I didn't look through your whole page did you do one of those.
