USING MY "BRAIN" TO WIN IN RISING STORM 2 VIETNAM 

RS2 is one of my all time favs. Been dedicating extra hours to it before it eventually fades

RS2 was the first time I "gat gud" at a shooter. I suck at COD and Apex and all that. But I know GI is going to congregate behind the rock on A point on Firebase. Wish we had at least one game like RS2 in the works at least, even with HLL or others it just doesn't have the same appeal to me. Territories is best mode ever for shooters.

Great video, GI are clueless as per usual. Funny moment: Highway 14 GI's were taking first few objectives really easily. I took position on D in small house in the middle of point. Set up my tripwires on exits and didn't peek but had bayonet on my mosin ready. GI made a solid push taking objective in seconds. I waited a bit more and got out of my hiding spot, ran to the river toward my teammates and found myself standing on top of 8 to 10 GI lying in that river. Started farming them with my bayonet and using VC voice lines. In the end got about 9 GI. Mental damage was pretty effective as they didn't take next set of objectives and lost to lockdown.

This game is really fun, but rarely can I enjoy it because the only servers that have players wind up being on the other side of the world and I get horrible ping.

If i didn’t have responsibilities and shit i would totally stay up till like 3 am and play RS2 with you again 😤

Man, I wish I got enemies like the ones you get, cause these lemmings are deaf, dumb, AND blind. I would love to do mattock kills if it weren't for the enemy having the detection skills of a damn sentry gun, that and I having the prestige of some of the worst luck in the world. Maybe USA server players are just sharper around the edges? But I think the best moment I've had in recent memory was, while in the tunnels on C point on Hill, I managed to score six kills and get the Tunnel Rat achievement with the 1917. Truly a Big Iron moment. If I was to reach further back, I can't recall the maps name, but it was a kookie custom map on one server where the VC defend a giant airplane with DShKs and .50s, and the American forces attack it via Hueys, Cobras, and some janky as shit custom vehicles like an AC-130 or Canberra. I was dying of laughter the whole way through, it was like watching a crappy Bollywood recreation of the Vietnam War.

Tantwo BAR gameplay?! Oh fuck yeah. And I felt that "Oh fuck" Thompson team kill in my soul. I can't recall a lot of real funny shenanigans in RS2 specifically but I do remember a magical time where the BAR first came to the NLF and it was still the team noobs got flushed to in campaigns because all the high level players wanted to live out their We Were Soldiers fantasies. There were multiple times on the D point of Hill 937 where because all the noobs were too afraid to advance, I had to clear tunnels with a 4 ft fucking BAR. I'd look at the empty point, audibly sigh and fold my bipod in

If you're ever playing sapper on Hue City, place your tripwires (interactive) upstairs inside those small buildings north of the A point. Guaranteed to get you some kills. Maybe even SL's trying to run for safety.

Once I was the squad leader of a bunch of level 1s who were all hiding behind a rock on the beach of Resort near the Temple. I stood amongst the crouched recruits and said “Hurrah boys, we’re taking the objective!!!!” And my one squad mate that had the flamethrower lead the charge followed by me and the FNGs. Immediately we were mowed down and blow up by grenades…all except the flamethrower who was in front. It was an extremely immersive moment for me and a fun way to die.

Got a flank attacking Saigon at the A point with an RPD. Team was taking point and enemy team we're crossing the open area to get back on point to the left of the point. I got like 7 or 8 in a group all at once, a glorious multi kill.

As a Vietnamese, I set my goal to reach lvl 99 to get the Non La when I first got the game. But walking out my house and get a Non La irl is much more efficient than dealing with the grind lol.

Does RS2 still have a decent sized player base? I've been playing this game since it came out and i'd love to hop back on.

It makes me really sad this is my absolute favorite game of all time I wonder if they will ever put anymore love and content into it I’d at the very least like to see some more updates one the gom4 mod at least with that mod the game will always be playable with bots

I got 700 hours+ in this game. Is it still worth an install in 2024? I stopped playing after the devs pretty much abandoned it.

Checked the steam player count today and brought me immense sadness, (it was around 350) It really might be the best symmetrical multiplayer shooter ever Every single aspect of this game is just so unbelievably well designed and enjoyable to play Rip 84'

I hope it's okay, I just wanted to know if you know how to fix the issue in the manual of the game Rising Storm2, since when you install the game, it doesn't let me select anything from the menu, I've been like this for about a year, checking steam and game forums, but None of them solve the problem, I tried deleting the RO2game folder, then Steam will download the files again and it still doesn't work, I also tried to configure the video card where it says that I have to leave an option on " automatic ", I also had no success, I also saw a guide to enter the game files and configure the screen in TRUE or FALCE without a positive result, I have been trying to solve it for more than 1 and a half years, but I only find the same guides They don't help me, if anyone knows how to fix the freeze menu issue, please I would really appreciate the help :/ , pdt , nice video :3
