Arma 3 and Garry's mod are just long lost brothers, They both pride themselves on their community and continue to remain such amazing games even after all these years. I mean, both Arma 3 and Garry's Mod both have been seeing mods that add whole new features to the game, like a HMG system, Melee, etc
As a very successful tank commander on a comp HLL team, the Tiger is better than the Panther and arguably the best tank in the game. The Tiger is smooth as butter, the Panthers suspension is so bouncy that you cannot shoot for a good 2+ seconds after a hard stop (lethal amount of time). The turret on the Tiger is completely wrapped in heavy armor, the Panther turret is medium armor with only the cannon mantle being heavy armor. The Tiger is much better at scaling terrain as it climbs over way more objects than the Panther can. The only real advantage the Panther has is the slightly shorter reload time, but the Tiger is still 100% king.
Nowadays I prefer CoC IWP with COTZ installed, anomaly and gamma took too much space and ran like ass (not surprising since GAMMA has like 340 mods of bloat lol) while IWP is like 20GB It’s less annoying to get weapons and armor but the combat and economy is still unforgiving, and yet it feels rewarding. Although there are bugs but it’s honestly an amazing experience.
Mark my words Stalker mods like Anomaly/Gama, Misery, Lost Alpha, Call of Chernobyl etc etc etc gonna be played even after Stalker 2 come out. Which might be like first game that make this happening, plus Gama looks almost and even better at some areas then Stalker 2. And runs on budget hardware great. Also Anomaly uses open source X ray engine called "OpenXRay engine" which is awesome. OP do not know this but its his problem.
Idk why people hate so much on this game, yeah it’s frustrating but it‘s literally the cod world at war of Vietnam games. There are certain real life cutscenes where they show closeups of real bodies.
I forgot about that intro, I have sooo much nostalgia for this game (and 2142), it was the time when I most enjoyed playing games. Modern BF games completely lack the charm of the original games, they then found something different with Bad Company. That still worked, BC2 in particular was a great game but the series now is soulless and boring.
tips for anybody wanting to go fisr with the modpack anomaly : DONT, it's hardcore, even in easy difficulty, so, if you know nothings of the zone, of it's factions and mutants, do it only if you already love the style, because even for veteran player of the 3 game, it take time to adapt to the style of Anomaly. And even after that, if you got the balls (testicular one or ovary one) to stay, and feels like the modpack lack something, try yourself at Gamma. Gamma is like the graal of the modpack, HARD like steel, not really there to hold your hand, but you got lot more freedom out of it than Anomaly, like the possibility on the longue run to create your own out-post, to craft your own bed, furniture and to make yourself little nest all over the zone for you to go, stack your stuff in box, repair all your thingy, and go back and take the zone 1v1.
One thing I dislike about this game is how it takes away points for deadly force. 10:11 Every police agency in the world would say that's fair use of deadly force.
eh I think it's to make the game a little more challenging and to make those do or die moments a little more internse, yeah in real world you hold a gun and any indication you'll use it will result in you being mag dumped *looks over at America but I also don't blame them lmao*
Reminds me of when i tried to do a Tazer run in SWAT 4 lol Btw remember Military Conflict Vietnam ? They released a ANZAC update which adds various cosmetics and weapons too (Browning Hi-Power, Sten Gun, Owen Gun, Lithgow F1, L2A3 and L34A1 Sterling SMG, L1A1 SLR and L2A1 LMG) I certainly regret being doubtful on MCV, especially after being gifted of it by a friend and playing it
Honestly Far Cry 5 had potential, the first 5 or so minutes where you're running from the cult in the woods, that whole intro sequence set this perfect tone. But they just HAD to go with the "goofy wacky waffles" approach, because apparently these people think Montana is full of uneducated white trash who rant and rave about "obama loving libtards"
Not being able to spawn on the SL is a huge L for me. Made RS2 so great. The tactical flank a good SL could set up was the perfect counter to a tunnel (rally)
Honestly, I used to encounter bots with godly reaction times. Especially the bots who’d shoot you before their gun was even up. Now though, I don’t have that issue anymore. Most of your clips looked like moments where you had ample time to respond to a realistic movement by the bot and you died not responding fast enough. Sometimes you do not have to yell at them either. You can just tell through them being armed and “ready looking” if they’re likely to shoot you on sight or not.
The best farcry by far, just sad that game was old, same game rn with same hardcore mecanic but with just a bit more deepness and better graphics would be epic but its not possible bcs its ubisoft, if they make a remake they ill made everything silly and even more boring sadly.
