Using Osmo Pocket 3 for Real Estate

There are so many cool ways to use the Osmo Pocket 3. This time I took it with me to a listing and seen what it could do. If you're considering practicing your skills with this camera in the real estate field here are my thoughts on it.

I Have done reels and videos in Big house in Texas and realtors love them..and guess what. They were done with the pocket 3. Cheers

I own both and to be honest I prefer the look of op3 and it has me using it over my professional cameras 99% of the time for ease of use and image quality.

100% they can both be used. But since most of my clients are on site I will show up with a bigger set up more

@@Semesem_ You can make a "rig" for it to make it "look" more "pro". But this is an issue for sure. I had mine at a shoot with nothing, just the bare camera and my client walks in and was like, "is that a light meter or something?" LOL However... RESULTS is all that matters. 99% of clients cannot tell the difference.

That’s an interesting subject because I’ve never considered it. But BTS work and or some real estate could be useful

While I can appreciate the effort you put in, this is a terrible test... I was watching and wondering why your Pocket 3 footage was so BAD.Then you showed the rig. **you filmed on the pocket 3 in **9:16** verital mode...** So you filed in that mode, and then had to crop WAAAAAY in in order to get a 16:9 frame. I would like to see a real test where you film BOTH in 16:9. Also, you can get a wide angle adapter for the Pocket 3, and even a black mist filter.

That’s incorrect. I captured both formats vertical for my Instagram to show the test and horizontal for RU-vid. If the footage looks bad to you then it just looks bad to You.

Although I agree I would want to do this test with a wide lens adapter, I would never use a mist filter

And the vertical footage from the OSMO pocket that I used here at 2:19 I didn’t even punch in. Thanks for the feedback but everything you said is false.

@@Semesem_ if you’re filing side by side and the screen on the pocket is vertical, it’s recording vertical video. That’s just it. Maybe you weren’t recording and I misconstrued that. If that’s the case my apologies. I do suggest the wide angle and the sharpness is out of the box a little harsh, most want to turn that down. Also most want to under expose the pocket 3 to -0.7. It tends to blow highlights out.

You can also get a wide angle lens for it - makes it 15mm.

Yes I seen that attachment. I personally feel the edges being distorted would be a problem for my clients

@@WOTHFPV I don’t “Give away” raw footage. I sell it. I have no need for it to just sit on my Exterbal HD. These are actually the “rules” I fight against . There’s no RULE for all business models. Or a recipe for success. I think you are coming off in a way you aren’t intending, which is a know it all or boss based on length of time . You don’t actually know how long I’ve been doing this and you keep throwing jabs
