Using Remix Decks in NI Traktor (FFL!) 

Lots of useful points, thank you for this video! Very helpful. To clarify what Punch mode actually does though, from reading other forums and testing out myself, it is NOT to do with ignoring the quantise setting, (which actually exists as a setting inside Preferences -> Remix Decks for 1-shot samples to ignore quantize) but the following... 'Punch mode lets you switch between samples in a Slot while keeping the musical phrasing intact. For example, if the Sample Slot is full of 8-measure drum loops, with Punch engaged, you can switch between samples with the playback position maintained from one loop to the next. So you can “punch in” to a new loop without it having to playback from the beginning.'

Waoo this tutorial is worth Gold. I've been chopping samples using the Loop Recorder on my S4 MKII and it's very time consuming. Thanks a million. #awesome

This is a pretty confusing tutorial - it doesn't have much flow. Maybe planning it beforehand would have made things a bit clearer? Thanks though

Hello! Thanks for video, but i have one question. I want to rewind each of them so they will start at the beginning when I'm hitting PLAY. How can I rewind the Remix deck? (Traktor software only and other midi controllers - no native hardware.)

I'm sorry, but am I the only one who thinks this presenter sucks? Missing words, are we supposed to know what you're saying, like a girlfriend? Should we play the vid at half speed so we can follow the ' like this and like that'? You tell me 'you know what I mean'? Having to be prompted by the interviewer?? Just awful...
