Using semi-automatic screen coater available at kolormatrix.com to minimize the variables in coating screens.
Myths about coating
One stroke is all you need.
I can coat just as good with one hand.
It doesn't matter how screens dry.
Humidity doesn't matter, if screen feels dry.
I found the perfect expo time without an exposure calculator.

Why you don't recommend 1/1 coating and what emulsion are you using. What are the drying time doing it 2/1 coating

Occasionally I hear of a dealer salesperson recommending 1/1 or even just 1 stroke but general rule of thumb 2/1 or 2/2 for consistent EOM from all the major manufacturers that I have been to their tech training class. Saati just setup their Automatic screen coater in our classroom and the default is 2/1 or 2/2 with all their emulsions. Except for High Density then we 2/4 or 2/8.
