Can you clarify which EW goes to Atem 3 and 4? Is it the 2 monitors connected to the computer then outputed to the Atem mini pro?

Thanks for the video. Very informative. I was tempted to switch to ProPresenter because it seems easier for live streaming than Easy Worship. So this video is an encouragement to stick with Easy Worship. Please state which version of Easy Worship your video applies to and whether it can also be applied to any Black magic Mini Extreme.

Thanks for the feedback. The version of EasyWorship listed in the video is our latest version, EasyWorship 7. We haven't tested with the BlackMagic Mini Extreme, so can't guarantee that it works with that.

I am sorry! Does this mean, the output on easyworship is like another camera and I can feed that onto my livestream? (For the 2nd part of the video - simpler setup) Hope you can answer me! God bless

I have been trying everything and can't get EW to see Atem as a camera. I am wondering now if I am thinking wrong. We stream to restream, using the Atem. Sounds like if I understood correctly, that to have EW see Atem as camera feed, means I need to use OBS to stream instead of the Atem? That is if I can't make the fill/key happen instead. I just wish I knew which way made the most sense for our setup. I am under a little more pressure to figure it out now, because we have a new volunteer pushing for ProPresenter for the 3rd output. I am sure EW will be able to stream our camera feed with lyrics on lower thirds, but I have just not been able to get it done! I will be back at it in the morning! Thanks for the video!

Can I use a HDMI splitter out from the PC to the blackmagic extreme as easyworship Key and fill? One will be use as KEY and other FILL as you mentioned in the video. Wasn't sure they had to be separate HDMI cables from PC to Blackmagic extreme. Great video too by the way

They will need to be separate cables since the splitter is sending out the same thing. So instead of the splitter, you would need two separate outputs from the PC for the key and fill.

We only have one hdmi out on our computer and we are using that for our projector in our church sanctuary. Can i use an hdmi splitter to get more hdmi outputs to use for the atem or do i need something else?

hey, yes you can, I use the output of the ATEM min to the input of the splitter, it works perfectly

The first 7min is pretty much what we want to do but, where do I get the FOH feed for the projector? Also, is a GFX 1050 graphic card sufficient to do all this?

Hello thank you for the video. But once I got into the feed to try to access my Slingstudio my “camera” did not come up. My church currently have Easyworship 2007 but wanted to add lower third lyrics. Is there any other way to do this please thank you.

I run ew6 and I use atem mini I tried creating the feed with atem mini and the camera feed was blank with no feed. I want to know If I was doing something wrong or if ew6 does not support 2 camera feed or if atem mini does not support either because I use ew6 and hd60s previously and I get feed for one camera please help here

Hello. Do I need to have a separate pc for just stream lower thirds? I have a pc which I’m using to send EW to 2 projectors using a HDMI splitter in which I also send video feed to atem mini pro.

You can use the alternate output feature for your lower thirds on that same computer. You can create a theme for your alternate output that allows you to set the text to the lower thirds.

We have a computer which has EW with two external monitors. One is for the operator and the other is to display what is mirrored to the projector. How will I connect cables to the ATEM to not disrupt the other two monitors?

You would need to have 4 outputs on your video card on your computer. One cable would go to your control screen for EasyWorship. One cable would go to a splitter that is then connected to your projector and your other screen that you want to show the same thing as the projector. Then the other 2 outputs on the video card would have 2 separate cables, one for the "Key" and the other for the "Fill" in the ATEM.

Is there a way I can have lower third text into facebook live but have a regular center text going to the church's projectors?

You will need a streaming software in order to actually send your livestream to a platform like Facebook or RU-vid. Our preference is OBS because it's free and awesome.

We have 2 computers, one for EasyWorship for our ‘audience view’ and one for live streaming the camera feed with vMix. I want to keep the ‘audience view’ as full screen with song lyrics, but want to output the lyrics as a lower third to overlay onto our livestream/vMix at the same time. Is this possible?

We are currently working on a feature to allow an alternate output for your live streaming to allow you to show the full size text for the Front of House screens and the lower third text with a live camera feed for your livestream. We are in the bug testing phase currently and do not have an estimated release date just yet. In the meantime, you would need to use EasyWorship on both computers. One person operating EasyWorship on one computer for the Front of House screen and another person operating EasyWorship on the other computer for the lower third text and camera feed for the livestream.

(1) Can Easy Worship do Chroma key output for lower thirds output on a single connection and upstream key? (2)If I understand this correctly, Easy Worship does not need Decklink Duo for key+fill whereas ProPresenter needs the external, additional cost device - am I understanding correctly? If so, this is a big selling feature for Easy Workship.

Yes, EW uses alpha channel (Key, Fill) without the need for the Decklink Duo. EW can also send a single output with a single color background for a chroma key as long as your mixer supports it.
