I have used my GoStream Deck in concert with my ATEM Extreme ISO SDI. Using the GoStream to take multiple HDMI inputs (Usually multiple laptops) to bring into one input on the ATEM via a single HDMI to SDI. So far this has worked well for conferences and live presentations.

This answers the exact question I had. I have an ATEM Mini Pro ISO but need super source, however I don't want to loose the ISO function of the ATEM and unfortunately the OSEE doesn't do ISO. I could upgrade the ATEM to the Extreme ISO but don't want to fork out the cash for that just yet. This seems to solve my dilemma since I also have a stream deck. I can control and record the cameras though the ATEM and use the OSEE for it's super source capability and have 3 more inputs available should I need them. All controlled from the stream deck.

I'm curious if there's a video plan to combine the atem mini pro with the Osee gostream Kit, as been slowly working on creating a live stream kit box with the ATEM mini pro for onsite live stream work for clients needing multicam set up and if the gostream kit works well with the atem mini pro, that could open the doors of working with more inputs

Could make it 8 ports using UVC input of the Deck. With a latency of about ⅓ second from the ATEM.

Yup... for sure... or I could potentially do it with the NDI as well.

@@EverydayTechTVnot with ATEMs, they can't into NDI, nor with the GSD because they only receive. Actually the setup in this video, since AMP has no HDMI program output, can work only if you have both connected to a computer with vMix or OBS. To make it work independently (i.e. to stream with the GSD) you do need USB connection between them with ATEM Mini Pro (or even a simple Mini) as a secondary device, or add LinkPi ENC1-V3 with its NDI license (which doubles its price, making it about $/€200) into the scheme as a UVC to NDI HX converter, but I'm not really sure if LinkPi box can get 1080p25..30 (will check). As for recording and streaming, GSD makes it better because it sticks to Rec.709 color space, and, which is more important, outputs strict CBR both over the network and to the SD card (SSD recording is possible only with an NDI intermediary box because SSD, UVC input and phone hotspot use the same USB2 of the Deck/Duet). ATEMs stream and record at variable bitrate and also they add some bogus packets into the stream. That VBR is useful only in one case: you have a talking head with slides and really crappy uplink that can reliability sustain only something in the range of 2.5 Mbps.
