Using the ruler tool to draw circles in Clip Studio Paint Pro/Manga Studio 5

Drawing circles and ovals is made easy in Clip Studio Pro/Manga Studio 5 using the ruler tools. Once you have your ruler lines in place you can simply draw in the vicinity and the cursor will latch onto the ruler. This allows you to adjust your pen pressure while you draw instead of having a computer generated static line that looks computer generated and out of place with the rest of your line-work.

How do I curve a ruler/ edit a ruler, I want to make a semi curve but the correct line tool just adds more anchors.

I don't seem to have the draw from center tick box. any idea how to do this? I prefer to draw out shapes this way in photoshop. Thanks in advance.

Is there any way to merge shapes into a new, unique shape similar to how it's done in Illustrator? I. E., you select two connected shapes, press the merge button, and the two become one new shape? I keep looking all over the Net for this, but still can't find anything.

Hey, I have a question: I dunno what I did but suddenly my hand tool wasn't there anymore and I've tried and tried and tried but it doesn't come back. I've reseted my workspace already but it isn't there! ;A; (I dunno what to do, it sucks drawing without it pls help me)
