Hi I'm doing mbbs from russia so can I directly move to usa after completing mbbs by pathway 1 because I will get russia's license or I have to go to India and do internship?and if I will go directly usa without doing internship in india than after residency can I practice in india?

Since no one in my university has done USMLE before and I am going to apply for this year's match so I was confused about how to get MSPE for the ERAS application. My university doesn't know about it. Since you also graduated from China, can you please confirm how you got it? and what's the alternative to applying for residency?

@Ishwari Chandran thanks for your reply. I wanted to ask how you got away with the Statement of Need without MCI Registration no.? I looked at NORI which you have mentioned in one of the comments, NORI is applicable after one gets J1, as I understood. I didn't do internship here, so no MCI Reg no. Even if I start now, internship is for two years for me and I wanna apply for match 2024. Thanks.
Hello I am studying in china now 2021 batch. According to new rule of NMC we have to pass NMLE exam before appearing in NEXT exam. And u can do internship in india only after u pass NEXT EXAM. NMLE is conducted in CHINESE language.which is almost hard to crack. So i am planning for USMLE. but would i be eligible for USMLE if i won't go to India and won't do internship as i won't able to give NEXT EXAM??

@@IshwariChandran That's great but yes, very often do IMGs talk about the language barrier. I've heard you're not allowed into yr.5/6 if you don't pass a languages level, is that right? Also, did you make friends with local Chinese students?
We weren’t allowed to start internship unless we completed HSK 4 and HSK K. Ig it’s mainly because you’ll have to talk to patients in the hospital. And yes, I did get to speak w local Chinese students!
I’ll be going on a J1 visa. Since I don’t have MCI registration, I will get a NORI certificate which means I do not have an obligation to return to India. If I still wish to come back, I’ll have to take the FMGE. I haven’t quite decided at this point so I’ll see once residency is done :)
