Just a small USMLE diary :) Week Before: 0:00 Day Before: 1:53 FINISHED: 5:18 Something to hopefully bring peace for your own tests (Charles Spurgeon): 12:18
I don't know you, but I'm rooting for you. I watch your videos and they are uber encouraging. Your faith is beyond this world, praise God. You'll be an amazing physician!
You got this, you already put in all of the hard work. It’s auto pilot from here! These next two weeks work on acceptance & contentment of whatever your score is, it’ll help you tons later 😊
you're almost there! You get to demonstrate everything you have learned up until this point in your life. This is for your patients. No matter what the score is, you put in this hard work for them
Can you please make a complete video on usmle..its exam patter...when should a medical student should give that...various resources to study..how to manage collage and usmle prep.. Btw i am in medical 1st year... I wanted to give usmle please guide mam please request
The test consists of 7 60 minute blocks with up to 40 questions each. You get an hour break which you can breakdown in whatever way you want. I took a 30 minute lunch break with 5 & 10 minute breaks throughout. I did very little studying for USMLE in school. I did not start seriously studying until 2-3 months before my exam. The three resources I used during dedicated: UWORLD questions, Board & Beyond, and Sketchy. Nothing else. I can make a video eventually on what I did but USMLE study schedule is very specific to the student.
@@ritik5339 Electives are basically rotations you will do during third year where you can pick any specialty you want. The core rotations depend on your school but in general, they are pediatrics, OBGYN, surgery, internal medicine, psychiatry, family medicine. I did electives in pediatrics, neurology, and family medicine because they were available during COVID.
@@ritik5339 You got this! I know its intimidating but take a deep breath. There are other things in your application that matter than the USMLE. It is an important test but focus this year on learning good study habits.
