Organizers statement: Together we are responsible for co-producing public safety by forging strong partnerships between law enforcement (community policing), social services, city government, violence interrupters, faith-based/clergy groups, community leaders, elected leaders, concerned residents, business and industry, philanthropic partners, and survivors of gun violence. We must focus our resources on at-risk communities and youth because our children deserve to grow up past the age of 25 years.
