It's exactly 396 Hz according to my piano tuner. All these other meditation chakra videos never even come close to playing the actual tone they claim to play.

What a joy this frequency is. Thank you. After I turned off the video at about 18 minutes (Actually I did not turn it off, my cat did, I had headphones on) I could hear in my head the gurgling of waters even though the video was completely off, I still really can as I type this. So it is definitely working. Update- If I want to be more accurate of the sound, it is like you take a very large piece of thin flexible metal and move it through the air so it ripples. Wow, 17 minutes in and i had the worst lower stomach pain (root chakra) and a burning sensation up my energy channel to my throat. The pain was nearly unbearable so i turned it off and couldn't get rid of the pain. So i decided to put it back on and slowly but surely the pain began to fade from my lower stomach and work its way up and out through my breath....

Okay, this is crazy. I'm deaf in one ear. I'm listening to this and as I shift my head from side to side towards the speakers where the sound is coming from, I noticed I hear this sound louder with my deaf ear. 🙄

At 59 I had a great early morning erection that lasted over an hour, I was not intimate with my girlfriend either the night before and thru all this I even slept about 6½ hours something I had not done in many years.
